Made circa late 1880S and being very popular among police units, including the Royal Irish Constabulary. No import marks found. Tonnage markings on the right side of the barrel. Matching serials on the six shot cylinder and frame. 2-1/2″ barrel with silver front sight. Original blued finish and checkered wood grips. Original lanyard stud and ring present. CONDITION: Metal is good overall, with light wear and finish loss. Grips have minor impressions and scrapes. Bore is lightly frosted with very good overall rifling. Tight hammer. Cylinder has light side-side wobble. Works in both DA/SA. Antique, no FFL required in most areas.
