Made 1958 by Madsen in Denmark for Columbia. These were one of the last military bolt action rifles produced for a country, with most countries switching to automatic rifles in the late 1950s. No import marks found. Hooded post front sight and 900 meter adjustable rear. Original black enamel finish and oiled wood stock with factory installed metal butt plate. CONDITION: Metal is excellent overall, with light edge wear. Wood has minor handling marks. Bore is very lightly frosted, with very good overall rifling. C&R eligible.
