Made 1883 at the Spandau Arsenal. Imperial proofs on the chamber, barrel and stock. No import marks found. Matching serials on the barrel and receiver. Other serials are mixed. 31-1/2″ barrel with original sights. Metal has an arsenal blued finish. Stock has been sanded/oiled. Includes attached leather sling. CONDITION: Metal is has a mixed gray/brown patina. Wood is excellent. Rear band is loose. Bore has a clean overall surface. Few minor pits. Very good overall rifling. sling has wear and crazing. Antique, no FFL required in most areas.
