Made 1940 at the Terni Arsenal in Italy. This example is chambered in 6.5 Carcano, as the Italian Government switched back to 6.5, after realizing it could not produce enough 7.35 to fight the war. Import marked on the barrel. Serial on the stock is illegible. Standard sights. Military blued finish and oiled wood stock. Includes original folding bayonet (numbered, but not matching to the gun). CONDITION: Metal is good overall, with general wear and gray patina. Wood has impressions, dents, scratches and scrapes. Hand guard is cracked and glued. Bore is frosted, with good overall rifling. Bayonet has light wear and scrapes. C&R eligible.
