Made 1941 at the Mauser Oberndorf factory. “byf” marked on the toggle. “eagle/655″ proofs on the right side of the chamber. No import marks. Matching serials on the numbered components. 4” barrel with factory sights. Original blued finish and checkered wood grips. Includes two original magazines, one “122” code with an “eagle/37” Waffenamnt, blued body/aluminum base, and the other a nickel finished body/aluminum base, with an “S/42” stamp on the base. Also included is a “cey/40” code brown leather holster, with an “eagle/WaA47” Waffenamnt and “P.08” marked on the back. CONDITION: Metal is good overall, with freckling of finish loss on the barrel and right side of the frame. Grips are excellent. Bore is bright, with very good rifling. Magazines are excellent. Holster is very good. An honest bring back piece for your collection! C&R eligible.
