Made 1944 at the Izhevsk Arsenal. No import or export marks, which leads us to believe this gun was a Korea or Vietnam bring-back. Matching serials throughout. 20-1/2″ barrel, with original sights. Blued finish has formed a natural gray patina. Wood has a light oil finish. Includes original folding bayonet and attached cleaning rod. CONDITION: Metal is a natural gray patina throughout. Wood has minor scrapes, scratches and dents. Bore is lightly frosted, with rifling remaining well defined. C&R eligible.
