Made 1945 at the Mauser factory under French occupation, with the French star on the right side of the slide. Often referred to as the “gray ghost” due to their gray appearance and gray metal grips. No import marks found. Matching serials on the frame, slide, barrel, trigger, safety and barrel block. 5″ barrel with original blade front sight and u-notch rear. Grayish blued finish and gray metal grips. Includes post war Walther blued steel magazine. CONDITION: Metal and grips are very good overall, with honest wear. Bore is clean overall, with strong rifling. De-cocker works as it should. Magazine has light wear. C&R eligible.
