Made 1924 for Troop Trials, and would eventually be developed into the No.4 series. Small import mark on the left side of the receiver. Matching serials on the receiver, bolt and nose cap. 25″ barrel with 1400 meter rear ladder sight. Magazine cuts off remains in place. Arsenal blued finish and oiled wood stock. CONDITION: Metal is very good overall, with light wear and mixed brown patina in areas. Woos has minor impressions, scrapes and scratches. There is a surface crack on the left side of the fore stock. Bore is bright, with very good rifling. C&R eligible.
