Made circa 1920S using new made frames and mostly left over parts from the military contract of WW1. Gun has commercial markings throughout. Matching serials on the frame, cylinder, inside of the right grip, and barrel. The barrel does have an “eagle head” proof. Six shot fluted cylinder. 5-1/2″ barrel with half moon front sight and u-notch rear. Blued finish with checkered wood grips having a light oil finish. Lanyard stud and ring present. CONDITION: Metal is very good overall, with honest wear. Grips have a few handling marks and scratches. Bore is frosted, with good overall rifling. Scarce gun, with only a few thousand ever assembled. C&R eligible.
