Made 1900 at the Springfield Armory. Very faint cartouche on the left side of the wrist. 22″ barrel with original blade front sight, and 1901 pattern carbine rear. Original blued finish and oiled wood stock. CONDITION: Metal is good overall, with honest wear/finish loss throughout. Wood has finish wear, scratches and impressions. Bore is lightly frosted, with well defined rifling retained. Honest and real 1899 Carbine for your collection! C&R eligible.
