Made 1917 during WW1 and arsenal upgraded to fire 8X56R circa 1930S. Import marked on the receiver. Matching serials on the receiver, barrel, stock, bolt and front band. Standard carbine sights, arsenal blued finish and lacquered wood stock. CONDITION: Metal and wood are excellent overall. Bore is bright, with strong rifling. C&R eligible.
