Based on the traditional Model 1896 Mauser. This example was made 1941 at the Husqvarna Arsenal (yes, the same company that makes chainsaws and leaf blowers today). No visible import marks found. Matching serials on the numbered parts. Brass stock disc with unit markings on the right side of the butt. 24″ barrel, with original sights. Arsenal blued finish and sanded/oiled wood stock. CONDITION: Metal and wood are excellent overall, with light wear. Bore is frosted in the grooves. Rifling remains well defined. C&R eligible.
