Receiver is a St. Etienne Arsenal MLE 1907-15 that was later arsenal converted in Turkey for the Turkish Forestry Service in 1948. Ball “N” marked chamber. Import marked on the barrel. Turkish Arsenal matching serials on the receiver and bolt. French serials are mixed. 22″ barrel with original sights. Arsenal blued finish and oiled wood stock. Includes attached Turkish leather sling. CONDITION: Metal is good overall, with mixed wear and silver patina. Wood has handling marks and scratches. There is a crack on the tang. Bore is clean overall, with very good rifling. Sling has light wear and crazing. C&R eligible.
