Made 1945 at the long branch arsenal. “F.T.R.” marked on the left side of the frame. Export marked, “ENGLAND” on the left side of the stock socket. Matching serials on the stock socket and bolt. Magazine is numbered, but not matching. Blade front sight, with MK3 1300 meter rear ladder. Arsenal blued finish and oiled wood stock. Includes original tan cotton sling. CONDITION: Metal is very good overall, with honest wear. Wood is excellent, with a few light handling marks. Bore is mostly bright, with some light frosting near the muzzle. Sling is excellent. C&R eligible.
