Made 1943. Springfield barrel is dated “6-43”. No import marks found. All of the major components are Springfield production. Retains its original gas plug. Boxed “S.A./E.McF.” cartouche on the left side of the stock. Circled “P” firing proof on the wrist. Blade front sight and lock-bar rear sight. Original parkerized finish. CONDITION: Metal is very good overall. Wood has minor impressions, scrapes and scratches. Bore is bright, with very good overall rifling. C&R eligible.
