Full Description
Made 1945 in the last contract assigned to Ithaca. No import marks found. “UNITED STATES PROPERTY”, “M 1911 A1 U.S. ARMY” and an ordnance wheel all marked on the right side of the frame. “FJA” inspector stamp and “P” firing proof on the left side of the frame. “P” firing proof on the top of the slide as well. “F” marked Flannery contract barrel (common on Ithaca and Remington Rand guns). Barrel is 5″, with blade front sight and u-notch rear. Original parkerized finish checkered Keyes fibre grips. Includes “S” marked blued steel magazine (Scovill). CONDITION: Metal is excellent overall, with light scratches. Grips are crisp. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Magazine is excellent. A nice piece for your collection! C&R eligible.
